I like this recipe because the chips are not fried they are a healthier alternative to the normal tortilla chip!
Ingredients:
- 12 corn tortillas
- Parchment Paper
- Cooking Spray
- Salt (Optional)
Directions:
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Using a pizza cutter cut corn tortillas into 1/4’s
- Place corn tortillas on parchment paper, then lightly spray with cooking spray add salt if desired
- Cook on 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
